ORDER FULFILLMENT CENTER
China fulfillment center for DTC brands.
Move factory-made inventory into one China warehouse and manage receiving, QC, storage, pick-and-pack and global dispatch through one operating plan. Bring your own factory or suppliers; we turn their finished goods into checked, packed and tracked customer orders.

SIX CONNECTED FULFILLMENT SERVICES
Your factory makes it. We get it ready for the customer.
Move finished goods from one or several suppliers into the same warehouse. We receive and check the inventory, store it by SKU, then pick, pack and dispatch orders through the chosen delivery service.

Receiving, product checks and packing form one operation.
01
Inbound receiving & quality checks
Goods are counted, inspected and photographed against the agreed requirements. Flag defects, shortages and wrong variants before stock is released for customer orders.
02
Smart storage
Organize accepted goods by SKU and location. Record stock movements and allocations so you can see available quantities and decide when to replenish.
03
Pick & pack
Pick the correct items, assemble agreed sets and protect the parcel for transport. Weigh and measure the finished package before dispatch.
04
Multi-line shipping
Select an eligible service for the destination, packed weight and product attributes. Prepare the shipping information and record physical carrier handover.
05
Branded unboxing
Use neutral packaging or add your logo, inserts, thank-you cards and branded materials. Keep supplier promotions out while preserving required labels.
06
Returns handling
Coordinate the agreed return route, inspection and next action: restock suitable items, rework them or arrange disposal, with handling terms confirmed for the case.
WAREHOUSE CONTROL WITHOUT THE BLIND SPOTS
Know what is in stock. Know what has shipped.
Multi-SKU fulfillment needs more than a warehouse address. Your customer platform and account manager connect the physical inventory to orders, parcel tracking and the questions that need attention.
Inventory you can plan around
Review incoming, available and allocated quantities instead of treating every purchased unit as ready to ship.
Order & parcel visibility
Follow preparation and dispatch, then use the carrier and tracking number for each parcel, including split shipments.
A person behind the operation
Ask about a receiving discrepancy, packaging requirement or delivery exception through one account manager rather than separate supplier conversations.
AN ITEMIZED FULFILLMENT PLAN
See what the service covers—and what changes the price.
Quote the operation you actually need, from standard receiving to product-specific preparation. Keep warehouse costs visible alongside shipping.
| Cost area | Services and charges to include in your quote |
|---|---|
| Core warehouse operation | Receiving and agreed QC, SKU-level storage, pick-and-pack, standard packing and the order connection or import enabled for your account. |
| Product-specific work | Custom packaging, kitting, relabeling, extra inspection or photography, plus return inspection, rework or disposal where requested. |
| Shipping & other costs | Destination shipping and any quoted duty or tax. Product purchasing, manufacturing, tooling and laboratory testing are separate from warehouse fulfillment. |
BRING YOUR EXISTING SUPPLIERS
Prepare the delivery before it leaves the factory.
Send the SKU list, expected quantities, carton count, packing details and supplier contact. Tell us about fragile items, expiry dates, batteries or special handling. We confirm the receiving instructions and product checks before you dispatch the goods.
Do I have to buy my products through PickFulfill?
No. This service is for products from your own factory or supplier as well as stock we help purchase. Share product details and the inbound plan first.
Can you receive from several suppliers?
Yes. Give each delivery a clear reference and SKU packing list so the warehouse can identify and reconcile it.
Can an order include more than one SKU?
Yes. Provide the product combination and packing instructions. If it needs multiple parcels, the packages are tracked separately.
How quickly will an order be dispatched?
The operating plan sets the processing window and cut-off. Stock availability, payment, recipient details and any custom work must be ready; carrier transit is a separate period.
Can returned goods go back into stock?
Only after the agreed inspection and a decision that they are suitable for resale. The return address and costs depend on the destination and product.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Let’s plan your next warehouse move.
Share your SKU list, incoming quantities, current suppliers and order volume. We will map the receiving and fulfillment work.
