BRAND DROPSHIPPING
Build your brand. We handle the fulfillment.
We source, quality-check, store, pack and ship for you—so you can focus on your store and customers. A China-based fulfillment team, neutral or branded packaging, tracked delivery and an English-speaking account manager bring the operation together behind your brand.
YOUR PRIVATE FULFILLMENT PARTNER
More than forwarding a supplier’s parcel.
Bring sourcing, warehouse control and the customer unboxing into one service. You build the offer and customer relationship; we handle the physical work behind each sale.
Direct sourcing & purchase coordination
Find factory supply, compare the exact variants and coordinate purchasing. Start with JIT orders or prepare dedicated stock for repeat sellers.
Counted, photographed & checked
Incoming goods are counted and inspected against the agreed product requirements. Flag defects or wrong variants before they reach the customer, with photos to support supplier follow-up.
Your parcel, your brand
Use neutral fulfillment without supplier invoices or marketplace promotions. Add your own mailers, labels, inserts and boxes to create a consistent unboxing.
YOUR STORE IN FRONT. OUR OPERATION BEHIND IT.
One customer experience, across many suppliers.
Bring product sourcing and daily fulfillment into the same operating plan instead of managing a separate parcel from every supplier.
You choose the product
Build the offer, approve the product quote and set the brand requirements.
You make the sale
Orders arrive through the connection or import enabled for your account.
You keep the customer relationship
Use parcel tracking and order-linked support to answer customer questions.
We prepare the supply
Find suppliers, coordinate purchasing and check incoming goods.
We prepare the order
Match variants, allocate stock or buy missing items, then pick and pack.
We dispatch and follow up
Record carrier handover, provide tracking and help investigate exceptions.
THE UNBOXING STANDARD
Your brand—not the supplier’s advertising.
Neutral fulfillment keeps supplier promotions out of the parcel. Add your own labels, care cards and packaging as your range develops. Required product and customs labels stay in place.

The right product
Keep the approved variant and incoming checks attached to the SKU.
The right presentation
Choose the box or bag, protective material and agreed insert for that product.
A repeatable packing rule
Define which orders receive each material, including sets and promotional bundles.
ACCOUNT & AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
One account manager. Fewer supplier conversations to chase.
An English-speaking account manager connects product sourcing, warehouse questions and delivery follow-up. Itemized quotes and order, stock and tracking visibility help you understand what is happening—not just wait for an answer.
Before dispatch
Resolve unavailable variants, shortages, visible damage and address corrections while the order can still be changed.
During delivery
Check the latest carrier event, recipient collection or failed-delivery action. Split shipments are followed parcel by parcel.
After receipt
Review wrong-item or damage reports against the order and photos. Return routing, replacements or refunds follow the agreed after-sales terms.
Do I need inventory before I start?
No. You can discuss JIT purchasing for customer orders, then prepare dedicated stock for selected repeat-selling products.
How do my orders reach PickFulfill?
Use the store connection or order import enabled for your account. Shopify setup is arranged with the team; other platforms are not assumed to be connected.
Will customers see supplier invoices or promotions?
Neutral packing instructions can exclude supplier invoices and promotional inserts. Legally required documents and labels must remain.
What if the customer receives a wrong or damaged item?
Send the order reference, affected SKU and photos through your support contact. The team reviews the purchase, packing and shipment evidence and the remedy available under your terms.
Can you handle returns?
Discuss the destination and product before offering a return to your buyer. The return address, inspection, restocking or disposal and associated costs need an agreed route.
Does a tracking number mean the parcel has shipped?
Not by itself. Labels may be created before physical handover. For split shipments, review each parcel and its carrier events separately.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Give your orders a team on the ground.
Tell us what you sell, your destination countries and expected volume. We will work through the sourcing, stock and shipping plan.
