BUY STOCK
Buy in batches. Be ready for the next sale.
Purchase your best-selling products in advance and keep customer-owned stock ready in our China warehouse. We coordinate suppliers, check incoming goods and prepare each order from your dedicated inventory, reducing the supplier wait between a sale and dispatch.

PURCHASING + QC + DEDICATED STORAGE
Your stock purchase, handled from supplier to shelf.
Prepare a multi-SKU batch without managing every incoming carton yourself. We coordinate purchases and partial arrivals, check what was delivered and hold the accepted goods for your orders.
Supplier purchasing
Source the goods or work with your existing supplier. Confirm variant quantities, unit prices and preparation before placing the approved purchase.
Receiving & quality checks
Count incoming goods, check the agreed product requirements and record photos or discrepancies. Follow up shortages, damage and wrong variants with the supplier.
Customer-owned inventory
Keep accepted goods as dedicated stock for your business, not pooled for other sellers. See available and incoming quantities so the next replenishment is based on the actual position.
Ready-to-order fulfillment
Pick from stock as orders arrive, add the agreed packaging or bundle and hand parcels to the selected carrier. Repeat sellers no longer wait for a new supplier purchase on every sale.
BUY FOR ORDERS OR BUY AHEAD?
Stock the repeat sellers. Keep testing the rest.
A promotion, supplier lead time or regular demand may justify buying a batch. Plan each SKU separately; one stock rule rarely fits every variant.
| Decision | JIT purchasing | Buy Stock |
|---|---|---|
| When you purchase | After a customer order creates demand. | Before the next sale, in a batch you approve. |
| Where the waiting happens | Supplier preparation and receiving precede dispatch. | Accepted inventory waits in China for your orders. |
| Where it fits | New products and uncertain demand. | Repeat sellers, launches and planned promotions. |
| What to balance | Less stock commitment; more preparation per order. | Faster access to goods; cash and unsold-stock exposure. |
TWO WAYS TO USE YOUR BATCH
Keep it for orders. Or plan an onward shipment.
FROM STOCK → YOUR CUSTOMERS
Release individual parcels
Pick the right variant as customer orders arrive, add the agreed packaging and dispatch through the selected parcel route.
FROM STOCK → A NOMINATED DESTINATION
Arrange a bulk shipment
Discuss the receiving warehouse, carton requirements, delivery appointment and freight plan before moving a batch onwards.
An FBA service or overseas storage is not included by default; it needs a separately confirmed scope and quote.
BEFORE APPROVING A BATCH
Build a purchase you can afford to hold.
Review SKU-level sales, existing stock, incoming purchases and supplier lead time alongside your cash budget. Account for slower variants as well as the bestseller.
Product & purchase
Variant quantities, unit prices, supplier minimums, samples and inbound transport.
Preparation & holding
Receiving checks, labeling or kitting, storage charges and handling for slow-moving goods.
Delivery
Individual parcel charges or the separately scoped cost of a bulk shipment.
Is Buy Stock only for replenishing products I already sell?
No. You can discuss an initial batch, stock for a launch or replenishment of an existing SKU. For a new product, review supply and a sample before choosing the inventory commitment.
Can one stock order include multiple SKUs?
Yes. List each variant and quantity separately. Your quote and stock order identify the unit price, total and progress for each item.
Can you buy from my current supplier?
Yes. Bring the supplier and product details. We agree purchasing responsibilities, shipment references and receiving instructions before arranging goods.
Is my paid stock available immediately?
No. Payment funds the purchase; availability follows supplier delivery and warehouse receiving. Partial arrivals are recorded by SKU rather than treating the whole purchase as received.
Can another seller use the stock I paid for?
No. Your customer-owned inventory is dedicated to your business. PickFulfill-funded shared stock is a separate model and is not part of your dedicated inventory.
Can I request delivery to an FBA or another warehouse?
Include the destination and its inbound requirements in your request. Bulk freight, labeling, carton preparation and customs responsibility need separate feasibility and pricing confirmation; an FBA service or overseas storage is not included in a standard Buy Stock quote.
What happens to slow-moving stock?
Review the stock age and storage charges with your account contact. Agree any transfer, return or disposal before action; the inventory does not become a free, indefinite storage commitment.
