FROM CHINA STOCK TO THE LAST MILE
Shipping, clearance and delivery in one plan.
Use one China inventory pool to serve customers in different markets. We prepare the order, arrange the selected cross-border service and follow it through to destination delivery.
International parcel transport
Match the route to your product, packed weight and dimensions. Combine warehouse dispatch with the service level and delivery estimate for the destination.
DDP shipping & customs clearance
For eligible DDP routes, the quoted service includes international transport, customs clearance and applicable duties and taxes. Make the included charges clear before the parcel leaves.
Last-mile delivery & tracking
Follow the destination carrier and tracking number, including a replacement local number when supplied. Coordinate collection instructions, failed delivery and other exceptions.
BUILD YOUR DESTINATION MIX
Start with the markets your customers buy from.
Plan priority routes for the US, UK and Europe, then assess Canada, Australia or other destinations for the products you sell. Each market quote confirms eligibility, transit, coverage and duty or tax treatment.
| Market planning | What the delivery plan addresses |
|---|---|
| United States | Product and value eligibility, parcel weight, the destination delivery service and any address or remote-area limitations. |
| United Kingdom | The selected parcel route, customs information, applicable duty or tax handling and last-mile tracking. |
| Germany & other EU markets | The specific destination country, product requirements, tax information and final delivery or collection arrangements. |
| Canada & Australia | Destination coverage, distance-related or remote-area charges, parcel limits and the route-specific delivery estimate. |
| Other destinations | A product-specific route review before launching that market, including local import conditions and the available delivery service. |
WHERE SHOULD YOUR INVENTORY WAIT?
Two models. Different cash and delivery trade-offs.
An overseas warehouse can shorten the final delivery leg once the correct stock is already there. A China inventory pool lets you test demand without funding another stock buffer in every country.
ONE CHINA INVENTORY POOL
Allocate after the sale.
Factory → China stock → customer order → cross-border parcel
Keep variants together until an order selects the destination. Compare product eligibility, parcel cost and transit for each market.
PRE-POSITIONED OVERSEAS STOCK
Commit before the sale.
Factory → bulk export → overseas stock → local parcel
Place stock by market before the final order is known. Account for bulk freight, import costs, local receiving, storage and replenishment.
PickFulfill’s service on this page ships from China. Any onward bulk shipment or overseas storage needs a separate arrangement.
COMPARE THE COMPLETE DELIVERED COST
A shipping price you can build your offer around.
Compare the same product, packaging and destination. An itemized quote shows the parcel service alongside warehouse preparation and any charges that sit outside the standard route.
The quoted shipping service
International transport, destination delivery and tracking, plus customs clearance and applicable duty or tax where the DDP quote includes them.
Warehouse preparation
Receiving, agreed QC, picking, packing, storage and any branded materials or kitting. Keep these visible instead of hiding them inside a freight-only comparison.
Charges for exceptions
Remote areas, oversize parcels, address corrections, redelivery, returns and seasonal surcharges where applicable. Confirm these before setting the customer’s delivery offer.
Which countries can I sell to?
Tell us your target countries and products. The team confirms the eligible route list for your parcels; a country is not automatically available for every item.
Do I need an overseas warehouse first?
Not necessarily. Eligible cross-border parcels can ship from China-held stock. Local inventory may still be a better fit for stable products that need faster domestic delivery.
Are duties and taxes included?
Only within the scope of a route specifically quoted that way. The quote should identify the destination, product and any exclusions rather than implying all shipments are DDP.
How do you estimate delivery time?
The estimate is route- and destination-specific. Supplier preparation and warehouse processing are separated from carrier transit; customs and delivery exceptions can affect the journey.
Can you handle returns in every destination?
Return options need a separate review by product and market. Agree the available address, inspection, restocking or other remedy before offering it to a customer.
