Effective October 2026. How PickFulfill charges, and what each line on your invoice means. There is no subscription and no minimum monthly volume.

What you are charged for

  • Product cost — what the goods cost, shown per SKU on the quote.
  • Shipping — priced by the chosen lane and by chargeable weight.
  • Custom packaging — only when you order branded boxes, inserts or cards.
  • Storage — only for goods you ask us to hold beyond the free period agreed on your account.

What is not charged

Opening an account, connecting a store, requesting quotes, standard picking and packing, and routine QC on fulfillment orders are included. We do not add a per-order platform fee.

How shipping weight is calculated

Carriers bill on the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Your quote uses an estimate; the invoice uses the measurement taken at dispatch. Where the two differ the balance is corrected on your account and the measurement is visible on the order record.

Funding orders

  • Orders draw on your prepaid balance. Top up before dispatch so fulfillment is not held.
  • Where a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing, invoices fall due on the agreed terms.
  • Overpayments and cancelled-order refunds are returned to your balance and can be withdrawn on request.

Duties, taxes and incoterms

Each lane states whether it runs DDP or DAP. Under DDP the landed cost includes import duty and tax. Under DAP the recipient settles on arrival. The applicable incoterm is shown before you confirm an order.

Price changes

Product prices follow supplier quotations and are re-confirmed when you reorder. Carrier rates, fuel surcharges and seasonal peak surcharges are set by the carriers; we pass changes through and flag them on your account before they apply.
