Effective October 2026. These terms govern your use of pickfulfill.com and the fulfillment services ordered through your PickFulfill workspace. Placing an order means you accept them.
What PickFulfill does
We source products, inspect and store goods, pick and pack orders, and hand parcels to carriers on your behalf. We act as your service provider; title to the goods remains yours throughout, and we never become the seller to your end customer.
Your account
- You are responsible for everything done through your workspace credentials, and for keeping them confidential.
- The information you give us — product details, SKU data, destination addresses — must be accurate. We fulfill against the data you provide.
- You must be legally able to sell the goods you ask us to ship.
Quotes, pricing and payment
- A quote covers the specified variant, quantity, packing specification and destination. Changing any of those produces a new quote.
- Quoted shipping cost is based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight. Where final measurement differs from the estimate, the difference is adjusted on your account.
- Orders are fulfilled once funds are available in your balance. Unpaid orders are held, not shipped.
- Duties and import taxes follow the incoterm shown on the order. Under DAP the recipient pays on arrival.
Prohibited and restricted goods
You may not ask us to ship counterfeit or infringing goods, or anything prohibited by the carrier or by the laws of the origin or destination country. Restricted categories — batteries, liquids, powders, magnets, cosmetics and similar — are accepted only on approved lanes agreed in advance. We may refuse or stop any shipment that would breach this clause.
Intellectual property on custom work
For private-label and print-on-demand work you confirm that you own or are licensed to use the brand assets, artwork and trademarks you supply, and you indemnify PickFulfill against third-party claims arising from them.
Delivery times
Transit estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, carrier backlog, weather, strikes and incorrect recipient addresses are outside our control and do not constitute a service failure.
Liability
- Where we are at fault for loss or damage in our warehouse, our liability is limited to the product cost of the affected goods.
- Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, any claim for loss or damage is governed by that carrier’s compensation terms, and we will file and pursue the claim with them for you.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales or marketplace penalties.
Suspension and termination
Either party may end the relationship with written notice. We may suspend service immediately for non-payment, suspected fraud, or breach of the prohibited-goods clause. On termination you may recover any stock held in our warehouse once outstanding charges are settled.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at PickFulfill’s place of business, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there. Questions: info@pickfulfill.com.
